PermaJets FB Royal Gloss 310 has an enhanced coating on a specially backcoated baryta 310gsm base, delivering a flatter product for easy printer loading. It has a beautiful, natural white, acid-free base with subtle undulations in the paper base itself. The impressive alpha cellulose base is acid and lignin free and offers enhanced protection from changing ozone effects through the fade resisting internal buffers. Finished with a lovely medium glossy surface, this paper has a real luxurious feel to it.
Improved multi-layer technology delivers the highest colour gamut achievable with pigment inks which delivers an exceptionally high D-Max rating which enhances both colour and monochrome reproductions. Its consistent gloss surface and heavyweight base offers a true similarity to a traditional glazed fibre based print.
Users of any previous version of PermaJet's FB Royal or FB Gloss will certainly be impressed with the new FB Royal Gloss 310 as the upgrades being applied will have little effect, if any, on the current ICC Profile being used. Mike McNamee of Colour Audit and Editor of Professional Image Maker Magazine measured the LAB variance of the base material at 0.61, which is virtually undetectable to the naked eye. This means current users will be hard pushed to see any change whatsoever whilst achieving a greater archival stability. They are all free. The profiles work for both PC and Mac computer platforms and support the latest range of Canon printers including the new PRO Series and the iPF range.
