Matte Separation Film | 160mic

This matte, super thick 160 microns instant dry microporous separation film comes on a roll 17 inches (432 mm) wide x 30m long, making it ideal for making film separations with outstanding image registration accuracy and high dimensional stability.

The specially developed matt surface gives excellent results when contact exposed to pad & flexographic printing plates. It has good dot sharpness, water resistance and is compatible with printers that use both dye and pigment inks.

Solid blacks are produced with a maximum optical density of 2.6 and a UV density of 3.2 – 3.99. Please note, this film is not crystal clear but has a slightly milky appearance.
