Inkjet Screen Film & Matte Separation Film for Screen Printing
- 130mic inkjet screen film: print film positives for exposing screens straight from your large format inkjet printer. Its slightly milky finish holds the ink while letting UV light through the clear areas. Available from 17" to 60" wide.
- 160mic matte separation film: a heavier, matte film for colour separations and detailed screen positives, in 17", 24" and 44" rolls.
Backlit Film for Lightboxes
220mic matte backlit frontprint film is a translucent film that you print on the front and light from behind. It spreads the light evenly for bright, eye-catching lightbox posters, menu boards, retail displays and exhibition graphics. Choose from 24" to 60" rolls.
Optically Clear Film
110mic optically clear film gives a clear, see-through print for overlays, transparencies and display graphics where you want the background to show through. It comes in 24", 36" and 42" rolls on a 2" core.
Tips for Printing on Film
- Check the core size: screen, separation and backlit films are on a 3" core, and optically clear film is on a 2" core. Make sure your printer's roll holder matches.
- Print on the right side: load the film with the coated (printable) side facing the print head.
- Use a film media setting: choose a film or transparency setting in your printer driver so the ink dries properly.
- Allow drying time: let prints dry fully before stacking, rolling or exposing screens.
- Store flat and dry: keep rolls in their packaging, away from heat, damp and direct sunlight.
