Magenta: TM-200, TM-205, TM-300, TM-305, GP-200 and GP-300 use PFI-320M. TM-250, TM-255, TM-350, TM-355 and the TM-510/610 Series use PFI-321M.
Matte Black: the new TM-510, TM-510M, TM-515, TM-610, TM-610M and TM-615 use PFI-323MBK. For lower volumes, the 130ml equivalent is PFI-123MBK. Every earlier TM model and the GP Series use PFI-320MBK.
The cartridges in each pair are not interchangeable.
Upgrading to a TM-510 or TM-610? Your spare Black, Cyan and Yellow tanks will fit. Matte Black always changes, and Magenta changes if you are moving from a TM-200 or TM-300.

Both sets include PFI-320MBK, so neither is a complete set for the TM-510/610 Series. GP-200 and GP-300 owners also need the PFI-320FP Fluorescent Pink, sold separately.
300ml PFI-320 or 130ml PFI-120?
The same printers also take the smaller Canon PFI-120 130ml ink cartridges. The ink inside is identical, only the capacity changes, and you can mix sizes in one printer. Cartridges are hot-swappable, so you can change one while the printer is working.
- Choose 300ml PFI-320 for busy drawing offices, print rooms and poster work: fewer tank changes and a lower cost per millilitre.
- Choose 130ml PFI-120 for lower-volume printing or colours you rarely use.
Many customers fit a 300ml tank for their fastest-used colour, usually Matte Black in a drawing office, and keep 130ml tanks for the rest.
Matte Black or Black?
Every TM and GP printer carries two blacks. Matte Black (PFI-320MBK, or PFI-323MBK on the TM-510/610 Series) gives dense, crisp lines and text on plain and uncoated CAD paper. Black (PFI-320BK) is used on coated, glossy and photo media for posters and presentation prints. The printer picks the right black for the paper you load, so both need to be installed.
GP-200 & GP-300: Fluorescent Pink
The GP-200 and GP-300 poster printers add PFI-320FP Fluorescent Pink to the five standard inks. It produces neon and bright pastel shades that normal CMYK inks cannot reach, ideal for retail and point-of-sale posters. PFI-320FP does not fit TM Series printers.
Canon LUCIA TD Pigment Ink
LUCIA TD is Canon's pigment ink for technical documents and everyday graphics. It gives sharp lines and crisp small text on plain paper, clean colour fills for colour-coded plans and GIS maps, and bright, fade-resistant colour on posters. That makes PFI-320 a strong fit for architects, engineers, surveyors, construction teams, schools, colleges, in-house marketing teams and print rooms.
Print Head
The TM Series uses the Canon PF-06 print head. The GP-200 and GP-300 use the Canon PF-07 print head and MC-31 maintenance cartridge. When one ink runs low, check the others too so you can replace them in the same order.

PFI-320M (2892C001AA) is for the TM-200, TM-205, TM-300, TM-305, GP-200 and GP-300. PFI-321M (6269C001AA) is for the TM-250, TM-255, TM-350, TM-355 and the TM-510/610 Series. The two are not interchangeable.
Which matte black does the TM-510 and TM-610 use?
The TM-510, TM-510M, TM-515, TM-610, TM-610M and TM-615 use PFI-323MBK (7480C001AA, 300ml) or PFI-123MBK (130ml). All earlier TM models and the GP Series use PFI-320MBK.
Can PFI-120 and PFI-320 cartridges be used together?
Yes. TM and GP Series printers accept 130ml PFI-120 and 300ml PFI-320 cartridges at the same time, so you can mix sizes across colours.
What is the difference between PFI-120 and PFI-320?
Only the capacity. PFI-120 cartridges hold 130ml and PFI-320 cartridges hold 300ml of the same Canon LUCIA TD pigment ink.
Is there a full PFI-320 ink set?
Yes. There is a PFI-320 5-colour set for the TM-200, TM-205, TM-300 and TM-305, and a PFI-320 and PFI-321M set for the TM-250, TM-255, TM-350 and TM-355. TM-510/610 Series owners should order individually, because both sets include PFI-320MBK.
